This web site is designed to serve as a focal point for all things open source at San Francisco State University. The portal was conceived and designed by Sameer Verma with tremendous help from Bibek Bhattarai. The content, and therefore the direction, of this web site is driven by the SFSU community.

This is the second incarnation of this site. The first was in PHPNuke, which fulfilled the purpose at the time. The web site currently runs on Drupal, a content management system written in PHP and available under the GNU General Public License from http://drupal.org/ [1]
